What does it cost?
Your first event has no platform fee. After that, a platform service fee and Paystack's payment charges are deducted from ticket sales before payout. Message us for the current rate.
When do I get my money?
Payments follow Paystack's settlement, which is usually 1 business day in Nigeria. After that you can withdraw to your bank account, and it can take 1 to 3 business days to arrive. Only settled payments can be withdrawn.
Which bank accounts can I withdraw to?
Nigerian bank accounts, by electronic transfer. You need a verified MyTicketDate account and valid bank details.
What if a buyer asks for a refund?
Refunds follow the Refund Policy. Read it before your event so you can tell your guests what to expect.
Do I need my own website?
No. Your event gets a page on MyTicketDate with a link you can post anywhere, including your Instagram bio and WhatsApp status.
